To help us review your enquiry efficiently, please provide:

• Your Trade Off TCG order number
• The name used when placing the order
• The email address entered during checkout
• A short explanation of the question or issue
• Photographs of a damaged or faulty product and its packaging where reasonably possible

Photographs can help us understand a product issue more quickly, but they do not remove or restrict your statutory consumer rights.

Returns and refunds

Please contact us before sending or bringing back an item purchased through our online store. We will confirm the correct return method and provide instructions that allow us to match the item to your order.

Tracking your delivery

Every dispatched online order is sent using UPS with tracking. The UPS tracking number and tracking link are included in the dispatch-confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you cannot locate the dispatch email or tracking details, contact support@tradeofftcg.shop and include your order number.

Local order collection

Free local collection is available from our shop where the collection option is shown during checkout.

Please wait until you receive the Ready for Collection email before travelling to the shop. An order-confirmation email alone does not mean that the products are ready for collection.
